Advisory Berlin/Zurich/remote (Senior) Consultant

Drive strategic digital initiatives with a focus on technology implementation and client value creation

Your Role

You are part of a holistic team bridging business strategy and technology implementation, where you'll:

1. Drive/Lead workstreams within digital transformation projects, balancing technical depth with strategic oversight
2. Design and implement technology solutions across our focus industries (Financial Services, Tech Businesses, Manufacturing, Private Equity, International Development)
3. Drive technical analysis and strategic decisions for client IT landscapes and architectures
4. Manage day-to-day client relationships and coordinate with technical teams
5. Guide junior team members while working closely with senior advisors and technical experts
6. Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business recommendations

Your Profile

Required Qualifications

1. University degree in Business, MINT/STEM, or equivalent qualification
2. Proven track record in consulting, technology companies, or digital transformation projects (Consultant (~2-4 years); Senior Consultant (~4-6 years) professional experience)
3. Strong analytical skills combined with technical problem-solving abilities
4. Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
5. Advanced understanding of IT architectures, modern technologies, and digital business models
6. Outstanding communication skills in English (German beneficial)
7. Willingness to travel and work in international settings

Desired Skills and Attributes

1. Deep understanding of current technology trends (e.g., cloud architecture, AI/ML, digital platforms)
2. Experience in agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks
3. Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while maintaining technical credibility
4. Proven ability to work independently and lead small teams
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive for innovation
