Job Description

As part of our Solution Consulting team, you will support Solution Sales in areas like Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. You will guide revenue growth for our products through collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership. This role requires a hands-on technical consultant capable of solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.

What You Will Do

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate solutions.
• Respond to technical and feature-related questions from customers and partners.
• Provide feedback to improve our products based on customer needs.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with team members.
• Stay informed on competitors and market trends.
• Support marketing events such as briefings, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
• Experience working with product teams, partners, and professional services.
• Territory management skills, including pipeline development.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
