Job Description

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will support Solution Sales in areas like Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. You will guide revenue growth through technical expertise and collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and leadership. This role requires a hands-on approach to solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert in a client-facing role.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate solutions.
• Address product feature and technical questions from customers and partners.
• Provide feedback to improve products based on customer needs.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with team members.
• Stay informed on competitors and market trends.
• Support marketing events such as briefings, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar cloud platforms.
• Collaborative experience with product teams and partners.
• Territory management skills, including pipeline development.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
