Responsibilities

• Respond to overseas customer technical inquiries, fault reports, and urgent requests via phone, email, or remote tools, providing timely solutions.
• Conduct product installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting (including hardware devices and software systems) either onsite or remotely.
• Provide product training and technical guidance to customers, ensuring efficient product operation and maintenance.
• Draft and maintain technical documents, service reports, and case databases to enhance team knowledge sharing.
• Analyse customer feedback, identify root causes of recurring issues, and collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to drive product improvements.
• Follow international service processes and industry standards (e.g., ISO) to ensure service quality.
• Build strong relationships with overseas customers and partners, effectively managing cultural differences to enhance customer loyalty.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation, or other STEM-related fields
• Fluent English (CET-6 or equivalent), capable of business communication and technical discussions
• Strong problem-solving ability and resilience, with the ability to respond quickly in urgent situations
• Excellent customer service mindset and team collaboration spirit
