Following our continued success and international growth plans, we’re looking for an Agile Coach who is at the early stages of their coaching career and eager to grow. We don’t expect you to be the “finished article” yet – we’re looking for curiosity, a coaching mindset, and the drive to develop into a more senior coaching role over time. As an Agile Coach, you’ll work with our product & tech teams, and you’ll have a chance to work with non‑tech departments. You’ll contribute to building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame. We’ve got a hybrid work model, so you’ll be based in Düsseldorf.

Responsibilities

• Support Product & Tech teams in one of the areas by helping with facilitating and introducing Agile practices.
• Work as an area coach building the leadership triangle between the product area lead, tech area lead, and the Agile coach.
• Support the OKR process across your area or value stream.
• Support teams and team leaders with consultation, facilitation, coaching, and process optimisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Expertise with a range of Agile frameworks, methods, and tools (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, OKR) and their application to a varied range of contexts.
• Nice to have: XP, Design Thinking, LeSS, Nexus and other Agile methods and tools.
• Practical expertise with a range of tools such as Jira (admin level), Confluence, Lucid.
• A servant leadership mindset and a natural willingness to empower teams and individuals to reach the next level.
• You’re confident in problem‑solving and dealing with a fast‑changing environment.
• You drive initiatives (projects), process improvements, make decisions and take ownership of your work.
• Team spirit with a high level of independence – a hands‑on approach is very important.
• Very good communication skills and the ability to know how to address different audiences.
• Experience working in international environments and remote teams. English is our business language.
