Job Description:

We want to build a Sales Agent, that qualifies leads and researches them. Connected to our CRM, it is supposed to research new leads that come in over downloads, contact forms and demo bookings.


Lead Qualification:

We need to qualify them based on:
• Profession
• Company Size
• Country
• Job title


CRM Integration:

This information needs to be synced with the CRM (HubSpot).


Available Tools:


• RELEVANCE AI
• N8N
• Make
• Zapier (all needs to be handled in the EU when it comes to data processing)


Current Setup:

We have a Make scenario in place that did that for our former CRM Zoho. Now that we have migrated to HubSpot, we need a similar process for HubSpot.
