AI Answering Assistant with Calendar Booking (Twilio/OpenAI/Google Calendar)


Job Description:
I need a developer to build an AI-powered answering system that:
• Answers calls automatically (after 10s no answer) via Twilio or similar.
• Greets the caller, asks what they need, and offers callback or appointment slots.
• Books appointments directly into Google Calendar or Outlook.
• Sends SMS/email confirmation to the caller.
• Must be GDPR-compliant for the German market.


Skills Required:

• Twilio (or EU alternative like TENIOS/MessageBird)
• OpenAI API (Realtime + function calling)
• Google/Microsoft Calendar API
• Node.js or Python backend.
