Your tasks

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation tools and workflows to improve processes for internal teams
• Integrate tools and systems using custom development or platforms like n8n
• Collaborate with an AI Product Manager to translate business needs and PoCs into scalable technical solutions
• Create clear documentation and support internal users as needed
• Ensure all AI solutions align with data privacy regulations and compliance

Your Profile

• Approx. 2–4 years of experience as an AI/ML, Automation, or Software Engineer
• Must have strong engineering proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/Typescript
• Experience working with LLMs/GenAI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock)
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering principles and ability to resolve issues with inconsistent LLM output
• Hands-on knowledge of automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make)
• Ability to work independently leading development end-to-end from gathered requirements to deploying the final solution and monitoring performance/reliability
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), German is advantageous

Even better if you have:

• Data processing/ETL experience
• Experience creating automated workflows and tools for internal team such as Finance, Sales and Customer Success
