    Responsibilities

    The ABS SSP is an accomplished and experienced solution seller with a proven track record of driving business process-led (Customer Experience, ERP, Low Code Application Development, and Process Automation solutions) complex digital transformations in large enterprise accounts, including experience managing multi-million-dollar pursuits.

    1. Build Pipeline: Align with account teams and cross-solution areas to build pipeline by leading with industry insights, using digital signals to prospect, network, identify, engage, and nurture key BDMs. Gain account team commitment and integrate into cross-solution sales motions.
    2. Envision Customer-Centric Solutions: Discover and develop industry-based solutions with business value insights, collaborating with pursuit teams of technical experts and partners to quantify and qualify end-to-end connected solution use cases, expanding opportunity value across BDMs.
    3. Engage with Partners: Leverage early alignment with co-sell partners, ISVs, and SIs to scale solutions.
    4. Develop Close Plan: Secure customer agreement by presenting the business case for change, aligning pains with solutions and business value.
    5. Orchestrate Solution Design: Ensure designed solutions map to business value, with an end-to-end view and potential for future expansion.
    6. Negotiate Deals: Create compelling proposals aligned with customer transformation plans, negotiate using resource trade-offs, and involve Microsoft executives as needed.
    7. Customer Success Commitment: Ensure smooth handoff to customer success teams with a clear deployment plan throughout and after the sales process.

    Qualifications

    1. Experience selling CRM, CX, ERP, Low Code, or similar cloud-based applications to large enterprise accounts.
    2. Proven ability to develop demand and pipeline through networking, strategic assessment, and demonstrating economic value of solutions.
    3. Skill in selling end-to-end business transformation solutions across enterprise units.
    4. Experience in orchestrating sales processes, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, and business case discussions.
    5. Track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise accounts.
    6. Deep understanding of business solutions like CRM, CX, ERP, Low Code, and their business impacts.
    7. Broad knowledge of cloud offerings, including Microsoft’s cloud platform and competitors.
