We are looking for an experienced AI Chatbot Developer
We are looking for an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to build a product recommendation chatbot for our Shopify brand. The chatbot will be powered by Voiceflow and should provide personalized product suggestions to customers based on their needs, preferences, or emotional state.


Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has strong Voiceflow expertise, understands AI model integration (e.g., GPT), and has experience building conversion-driven e-commerce chatbots that feel warm, engaging, and on-brand.


Responsibilities:
• Design and build a conversational flow in Voiceflow for product recommendations.
• Integrate the chatbot with AI models (OpenAI or similar) for natural, intelligent responses.
• Connect the chatbot to our Shopify store (product catalog, inventory, pricing, etc.).
• Ensure chatbot can handle common customer intents, such as:
  • Recommending product bundles based on concerns (e.g., self-care, hydration, stress relief).
  • Guiding customers toward add-to-cart / checkout.
• Collaborate with us to make sure the tone matches our brand (friendly, caring, not salesy).
• Test and optimize the chatbot for conversion and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:
• Proven experience creating chatbots in Voiceflow (please share portfolio/examples).
• Strong understanding of AI/NLP integration (ChatGPT, Dialogflow, or similar).
• Familiarity with Shopify / e-commerce workflows.
• Ability to design smooth, on-brand conversational flows.


Bonus:
Experience with analytics and chatbot optimization (tracking performance, A/B testing).


Deliverables:
• A fully functional Voiceflow project connected to Shopify.
• Conversational scripts for product recommendations.
• Integration with our store’s product database.
• Documentation and basic training for our team.


Project Type:
One-time project with potential for ongoing collaboration (maintenance, optimization).
