We have developed ConcertLab Contact Intelligence, an AI-powered platform for automating contact management and audience building. It supports two connected businesses:




Businesses:

• ConcertLab → a vertically integrated music filming company with a growing film catalogue, live-streamed recording sessions, and in-house ticketing.
• Leeuwenbergh Utrecht → a historic venue in Utrecht used for cultural and business event rentals.



Platform Features:

• Import Hub (structured/unstructured file import, cloud storage).
• Prospect Finder (AI-driven search).
• Centralized CRM (AI enrichment, deduplication, tagging).
• Audience Builder & Campaign Tracking.



Required API Integrations:

• Email and newsletter services.
• Messaging and business communication APIs.
• Team inbox and collaboration tools.
• Task and project management platforms.
• Social media platforms.



Additional Requirements:

• Continuous background automation.
• Improved AI enrichment and predictive insights.
• Production-ready logging and monitoring.



Tech Context:

Frontend is Base44, backend requires integration work.
