Introduction
We need to integrate a voice agent into our homepage. This should be able to called directly via the homepage (API-Call) and as well as via Phone Number. Besides the voice agent should be able to call a list from a database.


Voice Agent Requirements
• The voice agent should speak perfectly german and realistic (you can tell us two good male/female voices in vapi we could use).
• Low latecny so it feels fluent and like a real person
• Save History for customer, so it remembers what was spoken about if he/she calls again
• Cough / Interruption / Question detection
• Please provide everything needed above, and make a suggestion which phone-service (twilio?) we can use for a german number to connect it to vapi/n8n.

The Brand is called ABC, the Agent should introduce himself as a Senior Salesmanager from ABC (Max Beck for Male, Anna Beck for Female). The agent will say, that he is calling regarding the bad reviews (here we can enter data via n8n maybe. In the database we have the fields for: Total Google Reviews, how many 1,2,3,4,5 Star Reviews and the current Rating (for exmaple 4.5 Stars at Google). The Agent will have the name of the company called.


Information for the Agent
Information the Agent should know:
The agent should be able to open a call and say we/I saw, that you have only a score of 4.5 Stars and you therefor loose a lot of customers OR you you could get more customers if you would improve your score from 4.5 to 4.7 (this should be the goal the agent recommends). This Information is based on studies in germany, that 4.7 is the perfect number for people to trust a business.

Review Calculation
If a customer asks how many reviews, do I need to delete to get from 4.5 to 4.7 stars, the agent should calculate how many of the 1,2,3 stars needs to be deleted to reach 4.7 stars (from 4.5 for example). First delete 1 star reviews, if not enough take 2 star reviews etc. And add a buffer of 10% of the deleted reviews (if we need to delete 20 reviews, add 2 as buffer).
