VoiceBot Developer

Hi Ahmed,

We’ve already built a basic framework for an inbound VoiceBot on Bland AI for a roofing company in Heidelberg (Winterbauer). The bot is functional, but it still needs refinement and adjustments since our original developer has left the team.


Tasks:
• Improving prompts & dialogues to make conversations sound more natural
• Adjusting the logic (e.g., smoother transitions, fewer repetitions)
• Setting up call transfers/handovers to sales if needed
• General optimization of the bot’s performance for real customer conversations

Project Details:

The setup is already in place, so we don’t need a new project from scratch. Instead, we’re looking for an experienced developer who can quickly jump into the existing Bland AI project and professionalize it.


Urgency:

It’s an urgent project, so we’re looking to get started as soon as possible.
