Karlsruhe FREQUENTIS Comsoft GmbH is hiring for a full-time position.

As a medium-sized IT company based in Karlsruhe, Germany, we develop tailored solutions for global air traffic control authorities. Our systems operate at various flight control centres and airports in over 80 countries. FREQUENTIS COMSOFT is part of the Frequentis group, headquartered in Vienna, Austria. Key Tasks

• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for customers, either on-site or virtually.
• Provide technical consulting to international clients in collaboration with product management.
• Gather and analyze customer needs and requirements.
• Prepare technical concepts and solution proposals, including cost estimates.
• Perform feasibility analyses with system architects and development teams.
• Contribute to product development along the roadmap from a technical and functional perspective.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of air traffic management; experience in Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) is a plus.
• Experience in analyzing customer requirements and developing technical concepts.
• Professional demeanor in customer interactions, including international settings.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~20%).
