What We Look For
We seek an experienced AI/ML Engineer to combine research with real-world application. You’ll design and deploy ML models, analyze healthcare data, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze, visualize, and ensure quality of healthcare data to extract actionable insights
• Design, prototype, and deploy ML models and algorithms in collaboration with product, data science, and engineering teams
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and microservices, ensuring automation of deployment, monitoring, and retraining
• Apply MLOps best practices to guarantee stability, reproducibility, and efficiency of ML operations
• Present findings and results to stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional AI initiatives
• Support the team by mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices

Your Profile

• PhD in Computer Science/AI/ML or Master’s + 3 years experience
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, algorithms
• Proficient in Python; experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangGraph), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow, Weights & Biases)
• Strong analytical skills, excellent English (German a plus), independent and collaborative mindset
• Bonus: healthcare domain knowledge, distributed computing, A/B testing, model optimization
