We’re searching for an experienced Analog Design Engineer to join a team developing advanced building blocks for high-performance communication and sensing platforms.




In this role, you’ll lead the design of precision analogue front-end circuits for transmitters and receivers, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with digital and RF subsystems. Your expertise will help shape next-generation architectures for systems requiring speed, efficiency, and reliability.



Responsibilities
• Create and optimize analogue building blocks such as amplifiers, filters, mixers, biasing networks, and driver circuits.
• Contribute to the design of timing, biasing, and interface solutions that support demanding ADC/DAC performance targets.
• Run comprehensive simulation campaigns (noise, linearity, corners, Monte Carlo, transient) to validate robustness under real-world conditions.
• Apply strong layout practices to minimize parasitics, improve matching, and safeguard signal integrity.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure analogue circuits integrate effectively with digital logic and RF paths.
• Document architectures, design assumptions, simulation results, and verification flows to support knowledge sharing.


Requirements
• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in analogue or mixed-signal IC design, particularly in Tx/Rx front-ends.
• Proven track record in developing circuits such as LNAs, VGAs, drivers, mixers, and clocking elements.
• Deep knowledge of design trade-offs involving linearity, noise, power, and distortion.
• Proficiency with industry design tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADS, HSPICE).
• Experience with behavioural modelling (Verilog-A, SystemVerilog-AMS) to accelerate design and verification.
• Skilled in full-custom layout flows, from floorplanning to final sign-off.
• Familiarity with advanced CMOS technologies.
