We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and support our fast-growing SaaS business. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis with a strong focus on SaaS metrics and subscription-based revenue models. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to provide insights that shape strategic decisions and fuel scalable growth.

Your tasks:

Support the financial planning process including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range strategic plans tailored to a SaaS business model.
Analyze and report on key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, CLTV, churn, net retention, and payback periods.
Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market investments.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis, executive dashboards, and actionable insights.
Support Board and investor reporting, including preparation of presentations and financial narratives.
Support automation and improvements in FP&A tools and systems (e.g., Solution 7, Salesforce, and NetSuite).

Your skillset:

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
Experience in FP&A with a SaaS or subscription-based business.
Experience working for a PE‑backed business is a plus.
Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business models.
Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
