We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and support our fast-growing SaaS business. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis with a strong focus on SaaS metrics and subscription-based revenue models. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to provide insights that shape strategic decisions and fuel scalable growth.

Your tasks:

  • Support the financial planning process including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range strategic plans tailored to a SaaS business model.
  • Analyze and report on key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, CLTV, churn, net retention, and payback periods.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market investments.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis, executive dashboards, and actionable insights.
  • Support Board and investor reporting, including preparation of presentations and financial narratives.
  • Support automation and improvements in FP&A tools and systems (e.g., Solution 7, Salesforce, and NetSuite).

Your skillset:

  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
  • Experience in FP&A with a SaaS or subscription-based business.
  • Experience working for a PE‑backed business is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business models.
  • Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
