Job Overview

Your Tasks

• Identify interpret and validate corporate actions such as mergers and acquisitions rights issues and dividend announcements for Equity instruments.
• Analyze global company shareholder structures to determine free float market capitalization.
• Oversee and maintain the accuracy of key financial data used in index development and calculation processes.
• Contribute actively to change management initiatives and business development projects.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders including major financial institutions data vendors and stock exchanges.

Your Profile

• Masters degree in Business Administration Economics Mathematics Information Technology Business Information Systems Engineering or a related field with a strong interest in capital markets.
• Genuine enthusiasm for financial markets and indexing-related topics.
• Initial practical experience gained through internships in investment banking asset management or the indexing industry.
• Programming skills in Python.
• Highly motivated self-driven and capable of working independently with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities with a proactive approach to identifying challenges implementing solutions and improving processes.
• Organized confident and precise working style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
