Responsibilities

• We build it, we run it: You develop and optimize technical solutions within our Lake-House platform in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• You model and develop business requirements as relational data models with dbt to support business decisions
• You integrate new data sources, e.g., from APIs with Python
• You are responsible for the further development of web and app tracking
• You use data products like dashboards or automated data exports to drive data-driven decisions and product development
• You work closely with the MADSACK Data team and contribute to our agile processes (Kanban/Jira). radio.de GmbH is a subsidiary of the MADSACK Media Group

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence or data analytics
• SQL with experience in data warehouses and handling large data volumes
• Initial experience with dbt
• Proficient in Python and familiar with APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and interest in modern lake-house architectures
• Experience with tracking technologies such as Google Tag Manager
• Experience with tools like Looker Studio to prepare data for data-driven decisions
• You speak German at least C1 level as this is our team language
