truemetrics helps organizations to navigate the world more efficiently. We are solving one of the biggest pain points in last mile delivery: how to get parcels, groceries, and food to the right door faster and more efficiently.

Our technology sits in the smartphone of the courier and understands where they park, walk and enter a building. Our technology is right now mapping locations in Kasachstan, Qatar, Germany, Switzerland, the UK and many other countries.

Requirements

• You are based in Berlin, have a valid work permit, and are willing to work from our office in Kreuzberg.
• You are interested in a part-time position (2–3 days per week).
• You have 4+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin, with a strong background in developing SDKs.
• You understand how to test Android apps and handle compatibility across different Android versions and hardware types.
• You are comfortable building on the work of previous developers, finding the right balance between respecting existing decisions and challenging legacy solutions where necessary.
• You are willing to take ownership of the full development cycle—from sketching out new features and debugging issues to supporting customers with smooth SDK integration. You’re ready to take the lead and wear multiple hats as needed.
