Join our Android Security Engineering team!

We're looking for an Android Security Engineer to help build and evolve Promon’s runtime protection for Android apps. You'll be part of a focused, collaborative team designing and implementing cutting-edge security features that defend apps against real-world threats.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Design, develop, and maintain our runtime protection solution for Android applications
• Research and implement protection algorithms that guard against tampering, reverse engineering, and other attacks
• Work in close collaboration with teammates to evolve our security platform in line with OS changes and new threats

Must-have Skills And Experience

• Strong C++ development experience
• Familiarity with Git and Linux development environments
• Experience with Java and JNI
• Background in Android development or Embedded Linux

Bonus Points For Experience With

• Kotlin and Python
• Linux Kernel internals
• Assembly programming (ARM/x86)
• Security-related interests (e.g., Capture the Flag events, app reverse engineering, binary analysis)

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You

• Are passionate about low-level development and system internals
• Enjoy digging deep into technical challenges and learning how things really work
• Have a strong interest in security or curiosity about how to break and protect apps
• Are comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Education

Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Security—or equivalent experience through work or personal projects
