Job Description

A creative team is looking for a skilled 2D animator to produce a set of 10–15 short GIFs, each ranging from 3 to 5 seconds in duration. The animator will be expected to replicate an established visual style, with access provided to detailed character sheets and a library of over 150 existing GIFs as reference material. This is a remote, time-sensitive project created to support a busy production schedule, with the possibility of future work depending on performance and compatibility. Applicants must be able to deliver high-quality animations that align closely with the existing brand aesthetic.


Requirements


• Strong proficiency in 2D animation, with a focus on short-format content (GIFs)
• Ability to match a specific, pre-established animation style
• Experience working with character animation and expressive movements
• Capability to deliver 10–15 GIFs of 3–5 seconds each within tight timelines
• Access to animation tools/software suitable for creating loopable, web-optimized GIFs
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in animation quality
• Must be able to work remotely and communicate effectively
• Portfolio with relevant animation examples is required (links only)
