We are working with leading organizations involved in the deployment and support of AP1000 nuclear reactors across Europe. With a growing demand for advanced nuclear capabilities, we are seeking experienced professionals with AP1000 expertise to join teams supporting new build, commissioning, licensing, operational readiness who have experience in the EU with new-build Gen III nuclear projects.

- AP1000 Systems Engineers (Primary and Balance of Plant)
- Nuclear Safety Analysts (Deterministic and Probabilistic)
- Licensing & Regulatory Affairs Specialists
- Commissioning Engineers / Leads
- Project Engineers & Managers
- I&C Engineers (Instrumentation & Control)
- Civil, Structural, and Mechanical Engineers (CSM)
- QA/QC Specialists with AP1000 experience
- Operations Readiness / Plant Operations Advisors
- Human Factors / HSI Specialists
- Configuration Management & Document Control Experts
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities Will Vary by Role)
- Contribute technical expertise to the design, licensing, commissioning, or operation of AP1000 nuclear reactors.
- Interface with regulators, vendors, EPCs, and internal stakeholders.
- Interpret and apply Westinghouse AP1000 design documentation, DCD, and design change packages.
- Support safety case development and regulatory submissions.
- Participate in and/or lead commissioning, test planning, or quality assurance processes.
- Provide input into training, O&M documentation, and human-machine interface development.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience working on AP1000-related projects or technologies.
- Experience within the EU for new-build Gen III nuclear projects.
- Strong understanding of AP1000 plant design, systems, or licensing structure (DCD-based design).
- Experience working with international or European nuclear standards and regulators (e.g., ASN, ONR, STUK, etc.).
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Westinghouse AP1000 projects (e.g., Vogtle, Sanmen, Haiyang).
- Experience with nuclear new-build or large infrastructure projects.
- Security clearance (where required) or eligibility to obtain it.
- Knowledge of digital I&C systems used in AP1000 designs (e.g., Ovation).
Work Environment & Flexibility
We understand the need for flexibility. Depending on the role, you may work:
- Remotely, with occasional travel for site visits or meetings.
- In a hybrid model, combining home-based work with regular office or site presence.
- Onsite, full-time at one of our European project locations, with relocation support available for key positions.
