Conduit – The Onchain Compute Company

At Conduit, we're building the rollup-native cloud platform that will scale Ethereum.

Crypto builders have been held back by a lack of onchain compute — without the ability to process a high volume of transactions quickly and cheaply, onchain apps and ecosystems can’t build high quality user experiences.

Rollups have emerged as the answer to this problem. Just as servers work together to scale compute in web2, so too can rollups scale onchain compute in web3. But building and operating your own rollup is difficult and time-consuming. That's where Conduit comes in.

As the rollup-native cloud platform, Conduit combines web2 engineering best-practices with web3 rollup technology to make it easy for anyone to launch and maintain their own chain. By making infrastructure simple and onchain compute abundant, similar to how AWS and GCP did for web2, we can unlock the next wave of innovation in the crypto ecosystem.

The Conduit platform has seen massive growth since going live in 2023. We run the largest chains in production, including Proof of Play, Zora, Aevo, and more. This translates to 200+ chains across mainnet and testnet and over $1B in total-value-locked (TVL). About the Role

We’re expanding into APAC and looking for a senior operator to establish and grow our presence in the region. As APAC Lead / General Manager, you’ll own the function end-to-end: building out the office, driving go-to-market strategy, closing deals, and scaling a team to support growth. This is a highly autonomous role that will be instrumental in making Conduit a truly global infrastructure platform.

Responsibilities

• Establish Conduit’s presence in APAC, building operations and BD functions from 0→1.

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the region.

• Source, negotiate, and close strategic deals with crypto builders, protocols, and enterprises.

• Act as both a commercial and technical representative of Conduit in the region.

• Over time, build and manage a small but high-performing local team.

• Serve as the primary voice of APAC customers internally, informing product and GTM strategy.

• Report directly to Conduit’s executive leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success building and leading a regional function (crypto, cloud, or high-growth tech).

• Track record of landing high-value customers directly.

• Strong network in APAC crypto and/or infrastructure markets.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both executives and engineers.

• Comfort operating independently with minimal oversight.

• Deep familiarity with APAC market dynamics, culture, and timezone challenges.
