Furniture Layout & Lighting Plan for 100 m² Apartment in Syracuse


Scope of Work:
• Review floor plan + photos of all rooms (approx. 100 m² apartment).
• Create a furniture placement plan for each room (bed, sofa, dining table, storage, etc.) showing where pieces should go.
• Create a lighting plan (ceiling, wall, and accent lights), mapped out with positions on the layout.
• Deliver clear, scaled layouts (PDF or CAD) with both furniture and lighting marked.


Deliverables:
• 1 design for the whole aparment with the whole furniture layed out, including plants
• 1 design for the apartment with the lightning plan


Simple notes explaining the reasoning (e.g., flow, balance, natural light, function).
