We are a lively country pharmacy with many regular customers, an attractive cosmetics assortment, ROWA, recipe and an online shop.

We are looking for someone who loves the variety in the profession and is looking for a new challenge in the long term. Our local customers are just as close to your heart as modern processes for electronic prescriptions and online ordering. Taking over the branch management would be desirable.

Aufgaben

• Take over the responsibility for the management and organization of the branch
• Ensure competent and friendly customer advice
• Develop and implement measures to optimize processes in the pharmacy
• Lead, motivate and develop the pharmacy team
• Collaborate with other branches of the association to achieve common goals

Qualifikation

• Completed degree in pharmacy and German approval as a pharmacist
• Experience in managing or deputy managing a pharmacy is an advantage but not a must
• Outstanding customer orientation and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Willingness to continuous further education and adaptation to new developments in pharmacy
