Role: Appian Lead

Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Remote with Occasional Travel to Frankfurt)

Type: Permanent or Contract

Salary: 90K euros gross per year

Contract Rate: 450 euros per day

Language Requirements: Must be fluent in German and English

Description:

1. Minimum of 6 to 8+ years of experience in Appian application support and development of BPM-based solutions with proven skills in the following technologies: Appian 19.x, Appian 20.x, 21.x and above, Database, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Web Services, SOAP/REST, HTML, XML, JSON, JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Appian Sites, Appian Records, UX design, SAML, OAuth Framework.
2. Experience in leading application support engagement, monitoring, tracking progress, and reporting with metrics, ensuring applications' performance and availability.
3. Experience with system integration, mobile application, portal application, and extended interface applications development and production support using the Appian suite.
4. Appian L2 (or above) certification is a must.
5. Experience in production application support and development, with strong problem-solving and design skills.
6. Hands-on experience with incident management, problem management, Appian development, good understanding of Appian architecture, best practices, and BPMN standards.
7. Experience in production support, Appian plug-in development, and system integrations in in-house and cloud-hosted environments.
8. Experience with relational database management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL).
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. Good at stakeholder management.
