To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for an Application Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. In this role, you will actively shape the digital transformation at Flossbach von Storch. You will be passionate about digitizing and automating business processes with the help of our modern collaboration platform and innovative AI technologies.

Your tasks

• Holistic support of our collaboration platform: operation and further development of our collaboration platform (Atlassian and M365) as well as integration with adjacent systems
• Further development of the platform architecture: Regular participation in the IT architecture board to actively shape the platform architecture, taking into account new technologies and functions
• Digitalization and automation of business processes: Working closely with our specialist departments to understand their challenges. Joint development of solutions and implementation
• Change and adoption management: planning, implementation and documentation of training courses, info sessions and communication measures

Your profile

• Qualifications: Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist for system integration or application development (m/f/d)) or a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable IT-related qualification

• Experience

• - Several years of practical experience in the design and implementation of solutions for the automation and support of internal work processes
• - Successful collaboration in digitalization projects and automation projects
• - Experience with target group-specific training and company-wide communication formats

• Knowledge

• - Sound knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, ideally also in Azure Services
• - In-depth understanding of process analysis, interface integration and the optimization of complex business processes
• - Change and adoption management, especially when introducing digital solutions in heterogeneous user groups

• Beyond that

• - Strong consulting and communication skills, especially in cooperation with non-technical departments
• - High level of initiative and creative drive with a simultaneous team focus
• - Enjoy imparting knowledge and empowering colleagues
• • Languages: Business fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills
