    Role: Application Lead (ServiceNow)

    Location: UK Remote (must be able to travel to Shoreham occasionally)

    Salary: Up to £42k

    What you’ll be doing

    • Lead the way: Own and shape the roadmap for ServiceNow Order Management, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
    • Optimise & innovate: Design smarter workflows to improve Order-to-Cash efficiency and customer experience.
    • Drive adoption: Champion platform engagement across teams, making ServiceNow the go-to for operational excellence.
    • Collaborate & influence: Act as the bridge between tech, business, and partners, translating needs into scalable solutions.
    • Future-proof: Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and integration to keep us ahead of the curve.

    What we’re looking for

    • Proven experience in ServiceNow Order Management (or similar OMS platforms like Salesforce OMS, MS Dynamics).
    • Strong grasp of the Order-to-Cash cycle, ideally within managed services or complex operational environments.
    • Hands-on expertise in platform administration, configuration, and release management.
    • Excellent communicator with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
    • A curious mind with an eye for automation, integration (APIs, RPA), and emerging AI tools.
