The Regional Applications Manager, DACH (Germany & Austria) (f / m / d) for Leica Biosystems is responsible for managing and developing a regional team of Application Consultants across Germany and Austria. The role combines strong change management, people leadership, coaching, and strategic business development to transform the Application Consultant function into a key driver of customer engagement and sales growth.

This position is part of the Commercial Organization located in Germany & Austria (DACH) and will be fully remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
