This is what you move:

As Application Operations Engineer you will take the ownership of the performance, stability, and reliability of critical business applications. You will work closely with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality user experience. Furthermore:

• Monitor application performance and availability, identifying and resolving issues to ensure a responsive, low-latency user experience
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with development teams
• Oversee deployments, patches, and rollbacks to ensure smooth, low-downtime release cycles
• Automate routine tasks and implement CI/CD pipelines to support agile development
• Ensure security and compliance by working with security teams to address vulnerabilities
• Optimize scalability through resource planning and maintain clear documentation and cross-team collaboration

The following qualities distinguish you:

• Technical expertise in cloud environments, Linux/Windows systems, networking, databases, and virtualization
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and familiar with tools like Ansible and Docker
• Experienced with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
• Project management experience is a plus
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
