    Are you ready to discover the role of a Application Support Specialist - Learning & Development in Netcompany?

    As a Application Support Specialist - Learning & Development you will:

    • Draft and maintain user manuals, procedures, and operational guidelines.
    • Provide functional and technical support for Training, User, and Learner Management Systems.
    • Create and update machine-readable files for training activities, learner records, and reports.
    • Support course setup, enrolment, assessments, and learner progress monitoring in MOODLE.
    • Manage user accounts, approvals, and access rights.
    • Deliver end-user support and allocate tickets via Service Desk within set SLAs.
    • Perform data imports/exports and generate KPI reports for analysis and monitoring.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and process updates.

    What would make you a fit for the role:

    • University degree in IT or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
    • Solid background in application support, Service Desk, or training management systems
    • Proficiency with MOODLE LMS or similar platforms (user/learner management, course administration, reporting)
    • Ability to create, manage, and import structured data (machine-readable files)
    • Familiarity with Active Directory and account management
    • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of ticketing systems (incident/case/problem management)
    • Minimum 2 years in web content management for educational/training systems
    • Strong documentation abilities (manuals, guidelines, procedures)
    • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
