Application Support with German - Junior Consultant (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for identifying and addressing problems and questions related to partner connectivity from client departments and external partners;
• Collaborate closely to transfer complex fault reports to second-level support;
• Document solutions provided;
• Ensure monitoring and reporting, including the status of connections and access for external partners;
• Support the operational application process by reviewing customer requirements and compliance specifications;
• Regularly synchronize with the consulting service centre on partner connections, contributing to optimization opportunities in the overall process;
• Prepare reports and participate in client meetings;

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in any type of support activity;
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, proactive approach, as well as pleasure in dealing with customers;
• Good Level of German and English;
• High level of personal responsibility, organizational skills, and reliability;
• Awareness of data protection and data security;
• A mindset for innovation and creativity;

Things to know before departure

• Start: by arrangement — always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
