    Role Overview

    You’ll make outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S., introduce Genius Agency’s services, identify decision-makers, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. Ideal for someone confident, resilient, and results-driven.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
    • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
    • Handle objections and answer basic service questions
    • Log call details and interactions in the CRM
    • Follow up with warm leads and maintain communication
    • Hit weekly goals for calls, appointments, and conversions

    Requirements

    Requirements

    • Cold calling experience preferred (not required)
    • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
    • Goal-driven, positive attitude, strong work ethic
    • Comfortable with CRMs, dialers, and remote tools
    • Reliable internet + quiet workspace (remote)
    • Must remain on Zoom for the full shift (except breaks)

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $3/hour + $10 commission per valid appointment
    • Weekly payouts
    • Rate review after 30 days based on performance
