We are looking for a reliable, creative, and analytical Arabic-speaking Social Media Manager with strong knowledge of the UAE market (especially Dubai). The role is for a client in the fermentation industry, who is also building a personal brand alongside the business.


Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging scripts, hooks, and creative ideas to grow accounts.
• Set and track key KPIs to ensure measurable growth.
• Create aesthetic posts and edit reels (visual sense is important).
• Attend client calls and collaborate effectively with our team.
• Deliver on time and communicate clearly.


Requirements:
• Native/Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent writing skills.
• Deep understanding of the UAE/Dubai social media landscape.
• Strong balance of creativity and analytical thinking.
• Experience in content creation and social media growth strategies.
• Ability to stick to deadlines and provide regular progress updates.


This is a long-term role for someone who wants to be part of a growing brand and deliver results.
