Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced residential architect, based in Europe, to collaborate with us on a comprehensive renovation plan for an existing house. The goal of this project is to transform our initial concepts into a detailed and actionable architectural plan that will guide the entire renovation process.


Scope of Work

• Creating a detailed floor plan with all relevant measurements and specifications.
• Providing 2D and 3D visualizations of both the interior and exterior designs.
• Developing technical plans for electrical and water installations, in line with modern building standards and local regulations.
• Delivering all final CAD files, ensuring we have editable versions for future adjustments (Which tool is used is not important for us)


Existing Resources
We already have precise measurements of the house and a rough floor plan overview, which will serve as the foundation for your initial draft.


Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in residential architecture and renovations.
• Proficiency with CAD software and the ability to provide editable files.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to help refine and implement our vision.
