I'm looking for an experienced GERMAN-SPEAKING rockstar Direct Response Copywriter & Meta Ads Creative Strategist for my E-Commerce Growth Agency.



Your job:
• create highly-converting VSL scripts for our video editors and creators
• write new hooks, leads every week
• research new angles on a monthly basis
• come up with iterations on weekly basis on how to improve winning creatives
• create shotlists for the client / UGC creators


BACKGROUND

We are an E-Commerce Growth Agency that help DTC & E-Com Brands scale past 500k/month profitably.




We want to improve our operations so we can offer faster turnaround times, more specialized services and become the #1 E-Commerce Growth Agency in Europe.




We are currently a team of 8 (rapidly growing), with awesome team culture, and looking for the right people to join us on our mission to help ecom founders build the brands of their dreams.




Here are quick few things we are looking for from the new team members:



ABOUT YOU:
1. You have a proven track record as a Dircrect Repsonse Copywriter and Creative Strategist with 1+ year experience in an agency or E-com brand
2. you stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and know how to adapt them to different brands
3. you're an proficient direct response copy writer
4. you're self-organized and enjoy juggling with multiple projects with tight deadlines at the same time
5. you enjoy presenting your ideas to clients and can handle tough questions from their side


Only apply if you:
1. 🇩🇪 Speak and write German on a native level (MUST!)
2. ✅ Are punctual, following instructions in a diligent thorough way.
3. ✅ Are structured, organized and pay attention to detail
4. ✅ Have good availability so you can focus on our project
5. ✅ Has a strong understanding of CapCut, AI Tools and other videoediting tools + understand the latest social media trends
6. ✅ Communicate excellently and regularly.
7. ✅ You do the work yourself, NO OUTSOURCING. NO AGENCIES.
8. ✅ Great team player
9. ✅ You have a strong track record in DTC ads scrtipting (please add portfolio to your proposal)
10. ✅ Are able to use Loom videos or similar to share your progress and get instructions.
11. ✅ Are able to work in CET hours.
12. ✅ German is required !!!
