THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As an Art Director at Lounge e-commerce studio, you will oversee daily production of ecom visual content, ensuring it meets our high standards, aligns with Lounge’s brand values and visual guidelines. You will work with photographers, AI creators, stylists, Hair & Make Up artists, retouchers and occasionally CGI specialists ensuring that content is engaging, on-brand, and visually compelling.

You will work closely with the Creative Direction Team to bring bold and innovative ideas to life, with a strong focus on AI-generated content. This role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with a proven track record in the retail / ecommerce industry.

• Lead the creative direction on mid-scope projects, support colleagues on high-scope projects ensuring consistency with our Brand & Visual Guidelines.
• Develop and execute impressive and progressive creative work and show a natural ability to expand your creative skill set
• Drive visual quality across all daily e-commerce content to ensure the final output consistently raises the bar and maximizes brand impact and conversion.
• Execute and support the delivery of campaigns that combine AI-generated assets with other creative formats - for Lounge website visuals.
• Stay ahead of trends, ensuring Lounge’s creative output remains innovative and culturally relevant.
• Work collaboratively with core team members to ensure your concept is realized at the highest level. Guide, onboard and train creatives to upskill the team.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You have 3-6 years of experience in art direction/creative direction from an advertising agency, fashion brand, multi-retailer or a relevant creative field and a strong portfolio.
• You leverage GenAI tools in your creative processes, alongside traditional industry programs (Gemini, Firefly, MidJourney, Comfy UI, Adobe Creative Suite, CaptureOne, Digital Photography).
• You have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends and an exceptional eye for identifying what resonates within the fashion industry.
• You demonstrate a strong creative POV with an understanding of business objectives.
• You are a sharp, clear communicator with a strong ability to present creative ideas.
• You are a proactive, reliable and collaborative team player who remains professional and solution-oriented under pressure.
• You are highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for quality and execution.
