What you´ll do

• Drive the design and implementation of Salesforce's Einstein for Sales Cloud.
• Collaborate with the broader CRM organization for transformation management.
• Consult with the business and own continuous learning for new Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
• Perform project health assessments and raise concerns to the project manager and/or escalate to sponsor/PMO as required.
• Continuously report project status and actively add/update issues, risks, and tasks based on knowledge of project progress/status.
• Support preparations for decision-making meetings such as steering committee meetings. Facilitate and drive project management processes (e.g., risk and escalated issues calls, change requests, etc.).
