About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Editor to join our international editorial team and take care of our Polish website. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, translating, editing, and producing high-quality editorial content for our online readers. You will work closely with our editorial leadership, industry partners, and contributors from around the world to ensure engaging, accurate and timely coverage of dental topics.

This will be a part‑time position (8–10 hours per week). The role offers flexible working hours and can be structured either as regular employment or freelance collaboration. While adhering to our editorial standards, you will have the opportunity to suggest topics, adapt stories to the Polish audience, and help shape the platform’s editorial direction.

Your main tasks will include:

• Researching and editing articles, and writing your own stories in coordination with the editorial management
• Preparing PR texts for publication
• Translating articles from English into Polish
• Applying various media formats such as news articles, interviews, company profiles, and expert contributions
• Sourcing and editing images
• Collaborating with external sources such as news agencies, professional associations, and dental organizations

What we’re looking for:

• Native or fluent command of Polish
• Excellent command of English (working language)
• German language skills are an advantage
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills
• Interest in journalism, media and the dental or healthcare field
• Reliability, accuracy and a proactive attitude
