    Welcome to the IT Security team at Fresenius Digital Technology! We are responsible for the implementation, management and operation of programs, projects and services for a wide range of different security capabilities in various business segments within the Fresenius Group.

    Ideally starting in JAN 2026 , you will be the right hand to Vice President IT Security / Corporate CISO who highly values trustworthiness, courage and the intrinsic motivation for self-development. It is your responsibility to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across all levels. Your ability to anticipate needs, proactively manage tasks, and handle spontaneous challenges will be key to your success. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute directly to our strategic Cybersecurity initiatives, while also developing your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Your assignments

    • Manage the calendar, prioritize and coordinate meetings, handle email correspondence, and organize tasks efficiently to keep focused on strategic priorities.

    • Serve as the primary liaison between the function, employees, and external stakeholders, acting as a filter to manage the flow of information.

    • Oversee administrative processes, including procurement tasks, onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of internal communications, such as All-Hands Meetings and regular newsletters, working closely with the PMOs.

    • Coordinate, organize, and support internal and external meetings, workshops, and events, both locally and globally. This includes logistical arrangements, material preparation, and follow-up actions.

    • Take on special projects as needed, providing data for reporting purposes, and assisting with monthly and annual financial forecasting.

    • Be ready to tackle unexpected tasks that arise, ensuring the team and the organization run smoothly.

    Your profile

    • A completed vocational training with commercial focus.

    • Extensive experience with MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create, update, and format documents with ease.

    • A structured, detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and schedules.

    • Confident and diplomatic with the ability to navigate and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

    • Personality with a sense for finding solutions and overcoming obstacles independently as well as an understanding the importance of discretion and maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all matters.

    • Willingness to learn and develop skills, and to take on additional responsibilities like event management and communication support.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively across all levels.
