What you’ll do:

• Evaluate the current partner community, validate viability, and present a ‘keep, remove, grow’ recommendation to NAVEX senior management.
• Build and execute growth and development business plans with each partner across the NAVEX product portfolio, ensuring alignment with NAVEX’s value proposition.
• Act as a trusted ambassador for NAVEX in the partner landscape, representing us at industry events, nurturing new networks, and identifying high‑potential partners.
• Create strong alignment between partners and NAVEX sales by driving joint account planning, opportunity alignment, and measurable go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Work closely with partner marketing on demand generation campaigns that increase pipeline and strengthen partner visibility in the market.
• Establish training and enablement plans to ensure partners are skilled at representing NAVEX in sales, solutions engineering, and implementation.
• Conduct regular QBRs, manage partner account profiles and pipelines in Salesforce.com, and report progress in a timely manner.

What you’ll need:

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience building and managing partner/channel relationships in the DACH region that deliver measurable revenue growth.
• Strong track record in SaaS or software solutions; risk and compliance industry experience highly desirable.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking skills, with the ability to engage credibly at all levels – from partner sales reps to C‑level executives.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset: self‑starter who thrives in a high‑growth, fast‑moving environment and brings energy and initiative to every partnership.
• Strong business management skills, with the ability to influence others based on credibility, confidence, and mutual respect.
• Native‑level German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Travel as needed, including overnight stays.
• Ability to drive results through your job competencies of attention to detail, decision making and strategic alignment while leveraging NAVEX’s core values.
