Responsibilities

• Own the ESM portfolio and roadmap execution, ensuring strategic priorities turn into actionable initiatives that progress effectively.
• Maintain transparency on plans, progress, and blockers, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Define collaboration and delivery models to enable smooth execution between business and IT teams.
• Partner with business and technical leaders to align priorities and execution feasibility.
• Resolve bottlenecks, hold stakeholders accountable, and escalate issues to keep initiatives on track.
• Use data-driven insights to refine priorities and improve delivery outcomes.
• Continuously assess and improve portfolio management practices to enhance efficiency and reduce friction.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, management or similar and 7+ years of profound experience in portfolio management, program management, project management or IT strategy execution.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide roadmaps, balancing strategic priorities with execution capacity.
• Experience working in Enterprise Service Management (ESM), ITSM, or ServiceNow portfolio management.
• Strong background in stakeholder management, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience working with Lean, Agile, or hybrid delivery models to support structured execution.
• Proficiency in tracking portfolio performance, reporting progress, and optimizing delivery frameworks.
• Ability to resolve execution bottlenecks and drive decision-making in large organizations.
• Ability to demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Demonstrate the ability to assess complex situations, prioritize effectively, and align actions with organizational goals.
• Strong communication skills and excellent skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
