In this role, you’ll get to:

• Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels.
• Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
• Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau.
• Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 4–6 years of experience in a Data Analyst position in tech, consulting, e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies such as SQL, Tableau and MS Excel.
• Innovative problem‑solving skills: the ability to tackle complex challenges in a non‑linear fashion and implement creative solutions while adapting to evolving scenarios.
• Stakeholder management and communication: ability to effectively communicate, influence, and persuade at all levels, including senior management, with proven commercial acumen.
