Associate Partner – Technology Leadership Advisory

Our client, one of the world’s leading global advisory firms (Tier 1), is seeking an Associate Partner to help expand its Technology & Software Practice. The role offers the opportunity to work directly with CEOs, boards, and investors at decisive moments of growth and transformation, with a focus on enterprise software and technology-driven businesses ranging from corporates to scale-ups.

Responsibilities

• Drive senior-level appointments, including board and supervisory board placements
• Lead and deliver leadership advisory projects in the technology and software sector
• Advise CEOs, boards, and investors on leadership, growth, and transformation challenges
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and support strategic decision-making
• Contribute to business development and the growth of the technology practice alongside a successful senior partner with blue-chip background

Profile / Qualifications

We are looking for exceptional candidates with a strong track record and network in the technology and software ecosystem. Suitable backgrounds include :

• Leadership advisory or executive search experience within a global firm or specialized boutique (technology / software / SaaS / AI focus)
• Senior leadership roles in enterprise software or technology companies
• Executives from challenger brands with international scaling and transformation exposure
• Chief of Staff or senior advisory positions at board or executive level in major technology corporates or successful scale-ups
