The Role

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to capture and sell transformation solutions and services to the relevant market segment.
• Accountable for consulting revenues and operating margins for key accounts, with an annual revenue target of approximately $3.75 million from consulting engagements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance across relevant market segments.
• Manage business opportunities at key accounts to ensure Infosys Consulting is positioned to capitalize on opportunities by delivering high-quality services.
• Strengthen Infosys Consulting’s position within its largest clients and expand presence in existing accounts.
• Ensure the delivery of services, solutions, and products on time and within budget, developing processes to evaluate and mitigate business risks.
• Coordinate relationship-building activities with partners, engagement managers, subject-matter experts, and team members to ensure informed decision-making.
• Assist in proposal development, emphasizing the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to subordinate managers, fostering professional growth through coaching and performance development.
• Operate as a highly commercial individual, engaging with senior executives and aiming to exceed targets.
• Possess previous leadership experience within a services organization, managing both direct and matrixed teams to deliver client satisfaction.
• Anticipate and define innovative solutions for client challenges.
• Maintain strong industry networks and participate in relevant forums and thought leadership activities.
• Build credibility and trust with key clients at senior levels.
• Proven track record in selling and delivering consulting and technology services within large, dynamic corporate environments.
