This role leads the EU Technical Sales Support (TSS) team to assist the EU sales team in achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing the TSS team, conducting product training, developing regional marketing strategies, and maintaining relationships with distributors and key clients.
Main Responsibility/ Job Expectations
1.Lead the EU Technical Sales Support (TSS) team to effectively assist the EU sales team in achieving sales targets
2. Organize and deliver high-quality product training programs to enhance team efficiency and sales capabilities
3.Align with corporate HQ focus while developing and implementing tailored regional marketing and sales strategies based on market characteristics and in-depth analysis of market trends, competition, customer behavior and our current situation
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors ,critical customers and KOL. Provide timely training and appropriate solutions with the help of internal or external resources in order to improve our customer base and brand exposure.
5. Establish the system of local distributor management and evaluation including but not limited to evaluating the potential distributors and setting up the annual sales goal for each distributor. Systematically collect and communicate customer feedback to inform product optimization and development
6. Work with marketing team on related marketing activities, including proposal and implement of necessary events (webinar, seminar, exhibition et, al), screening media and promotion platform, coordinating internal resources to give speech in the defined events as needed, and track the design of the promotion materials.
Knowledge/Experience/Competence
1.Masters in life science, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or related field, PhD is a plus.
2.Minimum 2 years of people management experience in related fields (EU experience preferred)
3.Self-motivated Ability to work independently and handle pressure High-level problem-solving skills Attention to details Strong communication skills Effective time management
5.High business acumen Strong data analytical and project management skills Experienced in negotiation Able to secure big sales opportunities Ability to conduct market research
