Your key responsibilities include:
Direct communication with our guests and customers across all channels
Interaction with guests and colleagues from all over the world
A job where you can apply and develop your strengths
You understand what our guests need and do everything to make their stay as unforgettable as possible
You advise guests on all matters and always have the right answer ready
You know how to handle guest requests professionally thanks to your expertise

You enjoy coordinating and talking on the phone
You always have an open ear for the needs of our internal and external guests, and you thrive on handling complex tasks thanks to your organizational talent
Youu2019re eager to develop yourself every day, learn new things, and be part of a warm and ambitious team
You remain calm and composed, even in stressful situations
Youu2019ve already gained experience in a similar position and/or have completed training in hotel management
Your communicative nature sets you apart, and you feel very comfortable in both German and Englishu2014any additional language is a plus
