As a media technician in the Technical Management department, you will manage the entire conference and media technology directly for a permanent customer on-site in Herzogenaurach. You will ensure smooth processes, identify problems early, and find solutions before they become obstacles. You will combine technical expertise with a service-oriented approach and be a reliable contact person – for customers, colleagues, and external partners.
This person will be supporting a leading sportswear brand.

Your tasks as a media technician

• Take responsibility for the customer's media technology: You will perform system maintenance, health checks, and security audits, and take care of troubleshooting and second- and third-level incident management.
• Keep systems up to date: You update software, adjust technical setups, and ensure stable operation.
• Coordinate AV installations: You plan relocations of video conferencing systems, conduct technical acceptance tests, and ensure quality.
• Work in a networked manner: You coordinate with service providers and suppliers, document processes, and ensure clean reporting and inventory management.

Your profile – what sets you apart

• You have experience in dealing with media technology, event technology or network technology – ideally in the area of interference suppression.
• You work in a customer-oriented manner, communicate clearly and impress with your willingness to perform.
• You are structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations.
• You have very good German and good English skills – for confident communication in a technical environment.
