We are serial entrepreneurs—Paul Müller (founder of Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder of SumUp, €8B)—looking for ambitious founders to start and scale their own AR startup. You will be directly employed by us, building a €1B+ company.

Tasks

• Own, build, and run your startup in AR.
• Embark on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a customized program that enhances goal, time, and energy management.
• Receive support in hiring via our network of over 50 000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Get intensive coaching to ready your startup for raising millions in funding.
• Iterate your product with us until product‑market‑fit is reached and build a sales or marketing engine.

Requirements

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
